Kingdom Endurance Murph Challenge 2026

Kingdom Endurance Murph Challenge 2026

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

On May 25th, Kingdom Endurance will gather at the TCU track for the Murph Challenge — a workout built to honor sacrifice, embrace suffering, and remind us that endurance is about far more than fitness.

The Murph Challenge consists of:

  • 1 Mile Run

  • 100 Pull-Ups

  • 200 Push-Ups

  • 300 Squats

  • 1 Mile Run

It’s hard by design.

And in many ways, that’s why we do it.

As Christians, we know growth rarely happens in comfort. Scripture constantly points us toward perseverance, discipline, and endurance through trials:

“Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus…” — Hebrews 12:1–2

Every mile, every rep, and every moment of fatigue becomes an opportunity to fix our eyes on Christ — the One who endured the cross for us.

Murph reminds us that sacrifice carries weight. We honor those who laid down their lives in service to others, while also remembering the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus on our behalf.

This event is not about proving how strong you are. It’s about showing up with humility, encouraging the people around you, and learning to suffer well together.

Because the Kingdom of God isn't built through ease and comfort.

It's built through obedience, sacrifice, and perseverance.

Whether you are elite, beginner, or somewhere in between — you belong here. Partner with someone. Modify the workout if needed. Come be part of a community pursuing Christ through discipline and shared suffering.

“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.” — Romans 5:3–4

Join us at the TCU track on Memorial Day, May 25th at 9:00AM.

Come test your limits.

Honor the sacrifice.

Endure with purpose.
